1. Introduction
Welcome to Ingite! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access and use of our infrastructure management, productivity measurement, security, and digital investigation software (“Service”). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Payments
The Service is offered with monthly, semi-annual, or annual subscription options. Payments must be made according to the chosen subscription plan.

3. Use of the Service
The use of the Service is granted exclusively to the subscriber. Sharing access with third parties without Ingite’s authorization is prohibited. Misuse of the system reserves Ingite’s right to cut the service to preserve its infrastructure.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Cancellation

  • Monthly: Cancellation can be made at any time. Access to the Service will be maintained until the end of the current billing period.
  • Semi-annual and Annual: Cancellation can be made at any time, but access will be maintained until the end of the paid period.

4.2. Refund

  • Monthly: Refunds are not offered for monthly subscriptions after the billing period.
  • Semi-annual and Annual: Proportional refunds for unused months can be requested within the first 30 days after payment. After 30 days, refunds will not be offered.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: All new subscribers are entitled to a full refund if they cancel within the first 30 days of use, regardless of the plan.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed through Stripe, which usually returns to the card used within 5 to 10 days.

5. Trial Period

  • We offer a free 10-day trial period, allowing the use of the software on up to 5 machines.
  • During the trial period, it is not necessary to enter a credit card number. However, to approve the trial, we request company data, such as Tax Identification Number and business sector.
  • Ingite reserves the right not to approve a trial request if the requesting company does not meet the standards of companies we want as clients.

6. Changes to the Terms
Ingite reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify our subscribers of any significant changes.

8. Termination Terms
Ingite may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate the Terms. Additionally, Ingite reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, in case of detection of misuse of its technology or unauthorized sharing of information to ensure the integrity of its infrastructure.
