Compliance
  • Setting Compliance rules

The functionality of Compliance is to define various requirements that machines must meet to be in compliance with the expected environment. We can specify that, for Compliance to be right, all machines in the IT sector must be running Windows 10 or Windows 11, with at least 16GB of RAM, and must have Microsoft Office programs installed. If any of the machines in the chosen sector do not meet all the prerequisites, we can check what is missing to achieve Compliance.

    - Click in Account > Inventory > Compliance:

    - Click in " + " at the top right corner and add a name to the Compliance rule.

    - Now, let's take a look at the Compliance settings:

    - First, we see the Operational System settings to be considered:

    - Right below we can set the Operational systems that will be available for the Compliance rule, select them at the left and click on the right arrow to add them to the required version list.

NOTE: An important detail in configuring the operating system is to define all those available within the environment. If we have not defined any, the machine in question must be out of Compliance as it does not have the necessary OS.

    - Right below we can select the programs to be added to the rule:

    - We can also define the required memory for each Operational system:

    - By last, you define the devices, users, or teams that will be in this rule.

    - Then, you can duplicate the rule or delete it:

    - To access Compliance, select the Compliance in Menu:
